My book, “The Layman’s Guide to Energetic Mastery” is a self-help nonfiction that centers human energetics as the missing key to modern health and wellness. Written to give regular people access to essentials we all should have been taught about what we are (energy bodies) and how the world we live in really works, this book intentionally smashes the hierarchy of spiritual guru culture and dismantles any sense of specialism around the development of human consciousness. It is the antithesis of spiritual gatekeeping, the antidote to “stuck”, and the course in warp-speed transformation that your therapist never took. And it puts attainable peace at the fingertips of humanity.

My second nonfiction, “Anxious Women, Hopeless Men”, outlines a map to radical reclamation of the self. The result? A ripple effect capable of reuniting the genders and rebalancing the entire world.
I am also in the finishing stages of a time travel Romantasy, “A Third Time, Goodbye.” This book, artfully balancing 18th century rural Ireland with early-pandemic London, tiptoes through a coming-of-age romance, an improbable - and dangerous - match with an accidental kidnapper, and a love story with a Scotsman that collapses time, space, and a life - all in one epic novel that revolves around the concept of what it truly means to be Home.
This service is the option to pursue if your home feels “off”, if you’ve experienced spiritual disturbances in a space, or if a place simply feels dense and inexplicably confining, frightening, or depressing.
I assist spirits and unintegrated energies through a special process of Witnessing. I listen to them and whatever story they need to tell. Once they have been seen and heard, the tension binding up their energy unravels and they are able to peacefully integrate into the universe.
My process is unique in that I do not “shoo away ghosts” (a temporary band-aid), but instead take the time to allow them to fully process and reintegrate into the field, achieving permanent peace for all involved both forward and backward through time.
This is the Love we all deserve, and no one is exempt from that deserving.
Subtle body sessions are guided by the recipient’s own subconscious prioritization of physical, psychological, and spiritual concerns - delivering rejuvenating, restorative results that are just as unique as each individual.
Though each session is different, the result is always amplification of Life Force energy. Sessions create more coherence and help you develop more capacity to live in a state of systemic peace.
How does it work? I use intuitive body scanning, communicate with cells and entities within the physical body and subtle layers, and often use biogeometric integration techniques and call in divine assistance. I work primarily through resonance, and utilize my own Witnessing process to facilitate intracellular transmutation.
Only frequencies and entities that serve Love can enter a session. The energetic boundaries I place around us are pristine, so you can rest fully into your time with me knowing only Love is assisting your body as it recalibrates.
All sessions are remote via video call; They last around 60 minutes and cost $128.
